Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that all refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

We do not accept returns on any items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
